OUR STORY

 

After about thirteen years of working in the healthcare field, I found myself burnt out. And after the birth of our son and postpartum complications, it was even more important to me to leave my career to raise our son full-time.  Being a SAHM has been a blessing!  However, my passion for helping others never went away and neither did my anxiety.  

 

I turned to crafting as an outlet and through this, the support of my husband, therapist and new friendships, I have found a sense of peace and an improved self.  

 

That’s when the idea for Gray Matters and Co. emerged.  

 

We hope that our shop can make a meaningful impact on others through connection, inspiration, empowerment, and awareness of mental health!
